Featured Recipe: Chocolate Fondue
Chef Carol's signature dessert has only three ingredients and is very simple to make, especially on your Wolf cooktop.
Ingredients: 1 cup heavy cream 4 oz Grand Marnier 2 12 oz bags semi sweet chocolate chips
Heat cream in pot until it begins to simmer. Lower heat and add chocolate chips. Stir until chocolate is fully melted. Add Grand Marnier. Maintain on Wolf melt or lowest simmer mode.
Serve with strawberries, pineapple, bananas, bing cherries, biscotti, marshmallows, pretzels, pound cake or cookies.
